Servers [BUYING]

Hello!
I am buying one server. It could be a network installed with Bungee or could be a single faction server.
I don't mind what game-mode.

What I want:

> Fully configured
> Custom spawn(s)
> 2-5 custom plugins
> Player-base 1-5
> Graphics - Banner, logo and server-icon
> Website and buy-craft

How it will be delivered:
I would like to have the website and buy-craft.
I don't want to download the files. I want to keep it on the host
and maintain the player-base.
I also want the domain. I rather have it hosted by name-cheap.

I do not want server-setups.
I only want servers that are up now.

Budget -
$150-200 USD Paypal.

Thats easy i could trow a server of mines on a shared hosting setup buycraft and enjin semi professional. get a banner and n one gfx done and send 5 players from my server over to there by telling them they get free donor.. Dose that sound like a deal let me know! Squadpvp.net

For any half decent server id say you wont pay less then 150~? unless somebody really wants to sell there server.
