Servers with 10-30 Player Player Base

I am interested in purchasing some servers. I am looking for servers with a 10-30 player base with pre-made graphics, spawns, etc. I am looking for the following types of servers
- Prison
- SkyBlock
- Factions
- Survival

I am not that interested in networks. I also don't really care if the server has received many donations.

To be honest, I suggest changing your name, as I would never trust to buy anything from someone with your account name.
