Does anyone know where I can find a list of these kinds of server, or does anyone have the IP's of any of these? I want to to see how these people set up their servers which allows them to provide these rewards for players.

I don't have a list or anything but what do you mean by "how they set it up". If you mean how do they end up making the money for the rewards its either through their pocket or their server is making sales through buycraft.
