The staff team positions here at ServerTale are not payed positions for the time being. Development Team positions are payed positions starting when Hytale releases or if you are asked to do something pre-launch for our team. The creative team positions are payed for based on projects put in. We will not be able to provide much money for our team as there is no extreme income yet as Hytale has not released, so if you are a money driven developer/creator then this may not be the place for you as our team is mostly here because of what we have planned and due to the hype of Hytale.
The ServerTale team was and is being built with maturity and professionalism in mind. Our entry level positions are for our younger individuals looking to become part of something big and be a voice in our community. The development/administration positions are reserved for our more seasoned staff members, each of whom have around 5 years background in there specific areas.
Our staff team consists of about 30 individuals. We are looking to grow this team and move people around as we are well managed and are able to easily manage large teams without a problem.
ServerTale thrives on teamwork and collective collaboration. The team here participates in daily talks and projects. Members of our team have been practicing and improving their skills as we await for the release of Hytale. All our projects are worked on and discussed as a team before put into effect.
The staff members on ServerTale are extraordinarily active and are constantly communicating and sharing ideas. We do not require our staff to be so active by any means but that is the standard now at ServerTale. We hold "meetings" 3-4 times a week and they are at random as we tend to do them when we think we need one and we have majority of the team online. If you are not a very active discord member this may not be the place for you.
