ServerVoid Full 1.8 DDoS Protection Custom CPanel Instant Setup Dedicated Staff

Hello, this is my experience and review on ServerVoid which was highly a regret.
I recommend you to not use there host, several reasons is because; Hosting is poor qaulity, website is messy and laggy, control panel looks AIDS, live chat and staff are very immature and prices are ridiculous overpriced for what you get.

I was using ServerVoid for about 1 - 2 weeks and I came apon a user on McMarket who wanted to buy one of my builds which I made for my old spawn. http://www.mc-market.org/threads/78046/#post-930619
ScopingMC who was at the start a ServerVoid admin (which I didn't know) came onto my server wanting to buy a spawn, but since he changed his mind the deal was off. Later knowing that ScopingMC found out that I was hosted by ServerVoid, he started asking for my personal details for my FTP login.

I refused and he kept on asking, to me that is very un-professional. About 5 minutes later, 2 - 4 ServerVoid staff jumped onto my server talking shit, and it was an unpleasant situation for the players who was on my server. I'm very upset that they acted like this.

There's much more to the story but that's something I wouldn't escalate on. As you have probably read my response, I highly recomend not to use them, the host is very shit and you get around 300+ ping anywhere else in the world. The staff are immature and website looks like it's been made by some skid. Prices are over priced and could well be lower than it is at the moment. If any of you guys want to have a good reliable server host please visit http://www.mc-market.org/threads/46001/ as what they provide is outstanding!

Why would I ever go with you guys again? I'm with a 3x better host which provides cheaper deals and better quality than you guys will ever do in 10 years.

Firstly, I am sorry for the event that took place and you have every right to be angry however, I am here to inform you that Scoping has been demoted and I believe he left. With that being said, I am certain none of our current staff members will ever ask any client for FTP credentials unless it's a severe issue that needs to be fixed.

Again, I am sorry that you feel this way for our company. Hopefully you are willing to put this behind you as we are as well. Infact, after this event took place. One of our team members is doing a staff evaluation.

This company should put a law sue against you for making such a false review about them all cause you want a free server. Listen bud you cant go around asking hosting companies to host your server for free it does not work that way. I also like how you say lies about staff who dont even work there anymore. Stop with the false comments about this host or ill be reporting you on mc-market for giving false reviews. Also im being told they had host you for free, shame on you that you go around talking shit about them after they took there own money to pay for your server.

Its false, All immature staff have been removed and replaced with people who know what they are doing. So far this is the only complaint about SV. The SV staff team is always dedicated on making the best for people they don't higher immature kids maybe at the time you were there they did.

You were fired as staff and then claimed you left. SV always has a high rep and the price is worth it with all the support they give to people they dont have any add ons what you pay for is what you get and all there staff are above 18 so dont lie.
