Yes, there is a ton of service teams out there. Starting a new one would be extremely difficult given how many there are and how reputable they are. But what if one was made where clients paid 0 up charge and freelancers took %100 of their commission? Who would join?

I know you are wondering how would the service team make money then? Premade products. Everything from builds to plugins to art. The freelancers pump out premade products and we use our community to sell them. Hopefully, our %0 fees and %100 commission keep brings in everyone and anyone which means we could sell a lot of premade products.

The service team could also provide ads. Example: A freelancer could promote their shop/work for a week in their own channel.

I think its an interesting concept. Only thing is typically when someone is looking to get their server start up, they typically buy once. Being that you would have to start by focusing on getting traffic from people who want custom stuff, the advertisement for the premade stuff would just be to people who are mostly content being that they already have custom things right? If I were a server owner I would give this a shot, just don't know how feasible it would be on your end. Regardless, gl with this if you move forward.

I have done all this and built a platform to 6k members using probably every idea you are going to come up with/have already come up with. Just know this is possible, but be aware that many try and many fail. If you are a 0% platform you will find out you aren't a service team and rather a freelance platform. I am not saying a whole lot as I could talk for hours as my project Turbo has been around for almost 3 years now. But just know it's no joke when people that make it in the service team/freelance platform industry tell you that you are going to be putting so much effort in every day. If you stop even for a moment you will fail, then you can come back. Most don't realize that the big guys like me have failed or lost interest many times due to how much effort is required to push these platforms. If I were you, I would focus on more elaborate ways to make money. Right now you are brainstorming things that will yield very little return for you and this hypothetical platform, you can trust me on that. Good luck!
