Service Team | Executive

Hi! I'm Ty. I am 16 years of age and I live in the United Kingdom. I'll be here today to offer my services as an executive for a service team.

I've worked at and owned service teams in the past, they all operated differently, some operated more straightforward, they'd publicise their service wherever possible, and some that were more laid back, who chose where they'd publicise and offer their services privately.

Ove the past few weeks especially I've seen many service teams pop up, and It gave me the idea of potentially reviving my old team. But then I had to think about funds, graphics, everything of that sort. I still want to be apart of a team and its grown regardless, so here I am.

What can I offer?
I currently have two offers in mind.

One - I will join your team, your team should have everything ready, or close to, including graphics, discord server and bot, website (not necessary) and any other smaller necessities. I will work with you as an executive of the team, this could include creating documents, hiring freelancers, management and any other staff needed. If you're unsure about something else, ask.

What your team must not do: I am not willing to join a team that advertises their service with the same message on every single thread, it's not professional whatsoever and will not bring a positive vibe.

Offer two - You will join me in reviving an old service company of mine, you will step in as an owner and provide either the funding or the operations needed, which would be; Thread design, website (maybe), and signatures. I will take care of the discord server, bot and other smaller things that I am able to do. I already have a basic logo and a premium business account on Mc-Market (Arcanic). More can be discussed privately.

(Offer two) Basic requirements for a partner;
- Ability to create, or purchase graphics.
- Previous experience with service teams and/or similar teams.
- Web development/bot development knowledge is a massive bonus.

Note; I am currently working as manager on another team, this will not affect anything.
