Although, If I could give my opinion. I would wait a bit to start a team, you are pretty new to this site, and in all honesty you won't be coming close to some of the bigger teams without good marketing (Which means money), stuff like a good thread design a appealing logo, and you have to be dedicated or its not going to work. Just my insight
