Although it all helps and increases your chances of gaining clients to go with your team instead of competitors.

A website is useful for:
> Predone things (premade website templates, prebuilt mc builds, etc)
> Show your freelancers/employee's work. I.e mcmservicesite.com/portfolio OR mcmservicesite.com/portfolio/member
> Seem more professional.

Advertisements:
> Sidebar advertisement, link it to your website and increase your sales.
> Sticky thread, lets your thread be above others, it also shows that you aren't some kiddie host that has no funds or smthn
> Slightly makes freelancers more likely to go with your team

Payments:
> I.e paying freelancers to do exclusive services for your team and lesser services for other (Not bribing or anything, just means that your team can provide exclusive services over others and increase clients)

Payments - you pay your workers from commissions
Advertisements - hire sales reps
Website - Useless as fuck for a service team.

I feel like the name Service Team is so overused nowadays, go for something new, and custom.
That sparks the interest of not just myself, but the fellow peers around MCM.[DOUBLEPOST=1528104424][/DOUBLEPOST]Side NOTE :
If you want to start a project like that, start with one topic (graphics, web dev, etc etc.)

Most users will come directly to the Discord, but 1% might view the Website before viewing anything.

You don't need much money. You only pay the freelancers a percentage, so there's always have something to give them.
