Hello,
So I've been carrying a thought in my mind for some time regarding my team's launch, what I wish to change and implement before we publicly release as I'm not down for any flaws or inconveniences to be encountered by our clients, ruining our first impression.
Automated order systems are, apparently, the newest trend for teams. You just create a ticket, execute a few commands or actions, and your request is submitted instantly, and a freelancer will be automatically added without the need of a sales or support representative. However, I am not convinced it is a very good and wise system to interact with clients.
It is because many clients may be unaware of the system, not knowing what to do, which department to chose, etc. and eventually messing up the whole system, while on the other hand, we get a bunch of orders with all the product and budget details being 'test'. I believe it's best to recruit a group of highly quick support representatives who has a knowledge of products and department identification, also the ability to know what necessary details a freelancer would need to start off the commission with to assist with tickets. If automated orders are to be done, i.e. without a sales representative, would be through online orders, however not guaranteed that you will instantly be linked up with the freelancer.
What do you think? Please let us know, we aim to renovate and change the perspective of how teams are seen in the community.
Thank you.
