Could we get some basic information about your build team? like past experience or some work, you've done. Also, I would suggest changing from 75% upfront to 50% upfront as it is safer for the customer. Also since you're new to MCM you should offer 1-2 vouch copies for this service to gain some reputation/experience/trust.

If you don't know what a vouch copy is: A vouch copy is when you offer a highly reputable member here on MCM your server for free so they can review it. If the product turns out to be the same as you stated it will be, the highly reputable member will write something on your profile stating you're a trustworthy/reliable guy to work with.
