Quite simple, prioritize IMPORTANT shit (Rep reports, Scam reports, Support Requests, Post reports) and don’t be so quick to fight against stupid shit (Shoutbox shit)
As kag has said, we have different staff roles that have different focuses. Scam resolvers do already prioritise doing their scam reports over regular moderation since they're a more specialised role, and moderators prioritise their reports over chat moderation.
