Set Things Right [Mick & BeBosny]

The drama recently oh MY guacamole cheese cows. I'm scared of interrupting shoutbox roasts between Bebosny and Mick so much now I'm even turning into a juice.

Things need to be set right. BeBosny wasn't given a proper goodbye, a proper announcement, a proper paycheck.

Mick shouldn't hide as much as hillary clintons emails, and should just release a proper announcement, and maybe even *cough* thank BeBosny *cough*

BeBosny should be paid back his money he spent out of his own wallet for the website with this months earnings, since, Mick, we all know you make like $3000 from MCM monthly now.

He's not going to. He's going to wait for it to blow over just like how he kicked Bosny out the team.

That idiot made his profile private and hasn't responded to a single request since he broke his "contract" with BeBosny. He hasn't responded to a single concern or informed with a plan of action for the unstable waters ahead.

Don't expect any responses, clarifications or communications from him. He's planning for this to all blow over. It should be the community's job to decrease his revenues and push pressure on him.[DOUBLEPOST=1481417604][/DOUBLEPOST]

You cant really decide if its right for Mick to pay Bebosny the money he spend out of his own wallet.
Why?
Because the deal went like that and BeBosny agreed to it.
Would it be more ethical of Mick did, yes. But looking at it from a business stand point. Its only logical not to do this.

Although a thread on this would help drastically. Since BeBosny has done so much for MCM.

Actually, business standpoint doesn't mean doing anything and everything to achieve profit. It indicates doing things that may result in losses but will increase potential cash flow opportunities.

Being an asshole might make more short-term revenues, but you will inevitably lose the support of your customers. Making short-term losses will help your customers support and trust you, leading to increased future revenues.

So, it's actually, from a business standpoint, beneficial for him to pay BeBosny back for work that he paid for out of his budget and Mick still uses, end their relationship on good terms and answer concerns from the community. Or else this place will die out as soon as someone with half a brain cell makes a competing forum. MCM is lucky that nobody capable has done that yet, because this place is a shitshow.

I'm not planning on replying to any suggestion threads until we fix the few minor bugs the site has since the transfer but if you insist here's the response to the suggestion.

This has been denied. I have no intention of "setting things right" between Bosny and I. He has defamed me and tried to ruin MC-Market's reputation. He decided that he wanted to either buy the site or resign and his offer to buy the site was simply not what we are looking for. I don't know what you mean by a proper paycheck either, Bosny received thousands of dollars through the site and there's absolutely no doubt that the money he spent on MC-Market was from MC-Market's revenue. Unless he was paying $3,000 per month to a developer there's literally no way that he could have possibly lost money from the way he managed the site.
