Hey there, I think it's great that you're offering server-setups for only $20 but I think if you had a portfolio or a resume/cv people could review then that would better your chances at finding clients and you may even increase your rates depending on how detailed your documentation is.
I think a good way to get started would be using google documents, that's what I use. It's simple, quick and easy.
