Hello, I'm here to offer enjin design for extremely cheap under the condition that I can use your finished sites as examples in my portfolio. I need to create more enjin sites for my portfolio so, yeah, I think $8 is a pretty good price, most people will charge more.

with same navbar and theme and everything but obviously with like a different layout.
I made the navbar already, so I would just have to edit the theme and edit the navbar a bit to fit your site.
