I will be offering to setup a pterodactyl panel with everything setup. The price will be 5£ in GBP currency or 6.50$.

You MUST have the following:
VPS or Dedicated server.
Discord.
Login to VPS or Dedicated server.
VPS OS must be Ubuntu 18.04 at the most.
A decent host.
Domain.
