In Reference to Justis's https://www.mc-market.org/threads/415301/

The security concern is warranted, and I understand the reason why. However, there are hundreds if not thousands of images on MC-Market hosted by very popular and reputable image hosting websites such as Google Drive, Imgur and Gyazo, who will not see this thread posted in General Discussion instead of Announcements and will be unaware of the change and how to combat the issue.

I propose setting up a whitelist of sites known to be reputable and reliable in keeping user data secure. Simply whitelisting Google Drive, Imgur and Gyazo, sites with a proven track record of keeping their user's data secure, will prevent a huge amount of confusion and need for support.

Imgur is acceptable with the img tag.
Imgur and all of the others you mentioned also work with the [media] tag.
Simply click the film reel button on the top of your thread, and you can see a list of all that are whitelisted.

We fully intend to have the proxy set up ASAP; and creating a whitelist feature for the img tag when there are other options available, I feel, would only distract from the larger priority which is getting a proxy set up to accept all hosts.

If it proves to be something that we cannot get done within a reasonable timeframe, whitelisting hosts is the obvious next step.

+1 I was using discord for all my images, none of my plugin pages work as I designed them now. I don't even have half the source files to re-upload the pictures anymore. Would like to see discord added to the whitelist.

To get the images, just click the links to the images from your resource page, download them and upload them as attachments.

Thanks, only other issue is finding the time to do that with school work all week. Is there any ETA tell the images that are there will work again?

This issue has been fixed with the implementation of our image proxy, sorry for the delay with that.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
