Creating Minecraft servers and sell them off to people. So say the team built a skyblock server I would sell it and give a percentage of the money to all the members that helped create the server.

A setup for a gamemode costs no more than $20. You are recruiting 18 members, are they getting paid $1 for every setup?

Custom setups with custom builds can easily go for $200+

Ok 200 divided by 18 is 11. Not worth all the effort if I'm honest and I dont see a custom setup worth 200+ coming along every week, more like once every 3 months.

Hey man, Don't listen to all the hate, Just keep your head up and try, there's nothing wrong with giving it a try if your work is quality people will pay the price you set. Just Motivate and Dedicate yourself to projects, Ensure the quality is equal to what price you believe is right, if you wouldn't pay for it odds are someone else wouldn't.

You really shouldn't accept anything less then $100 for a custom setup. And if you do, well yu pay for the quality so.
