We’rea startup Minecraft network, with our initial focus on the Gens game mode. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about server setup and creation from start to finish.

Preferred Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable signing an NDA
- Previous experience working on Minecraft networks
- Highly communicative and comfortable joining regular calls/meetings
- Fluent in English
- 20H/Week in availability
- Receiving detailed documentation from me on all custom features
- Working directly with developers to understand configurations and how everything connects
- Taking the time to fully understand the overall game mode, which is extremely important to us
- Setting up custom GUIs, item names, and lores (everything we use is custom-built)
- Sharing ideas and suggesting improvements during the configuration process
- Balancing the in-game economy and leveling systems
- Formatting for chat, store pages, and overall user experience
- Managing ranks, permissions, and general server structure
