I want to start to get into configuring plugins to make my own setups and in the future learn to create custom plugins. I am willing to put a ton of time and work into this passion but mainly want to start as a hobby as I currently own a server right now. I just want to increase my skills too for my own server.
Anyways, I am not looking for a teacher/tutor. I am more so looking for someone to point me in the right direction to where to start with new setups and stuff. Some questions I have I will point out below...
Unless you want to help more and stuff, I don't want to pay as I am mainly just looking for a few questions answered.

• Where to start with a new setup?
• How to get started in doing setups just in general?
• How do you make updates and fix bugs constantly after its "complete"?
• How to do a setup without a spawn for the plugins and stuff or any free spawns I can practice with? (I know if I sell a setup I would have to buy a build with resell rights)
• Any other tips?

One last thing, is doing a survival setup or towny still good? I like survival and towny a lot! I want to sell a couple setups as resources but mainly do commissions.
