I need to have my domain setup and i have to do like 6 sub domains some with ports, some without and it ends up being very confusing.

Can’t setup ports as part of it. That’s on the client side.

Nobody should charge for this. Basic DNS setup (cname records and stuff) would only take a matter of minutes.
