Sever Network CUSTOM

Hello MCM,

I am looking to setup a server network to play on with some friends. It will be public but really never advertised or marketed at all as it will not be staffed full time. I am looking to purchase everything and want a turn key setup, however this is easier said than done. I have several things that I want that are very custom.

Game Modes:

• Skyblock
• Survival
• Creative

Special needs:

• Network must be run with Network Manager for permissions and everything else
  • https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/networkmanager.28456/
  • Ill setup the web backend for you but need someone to configure the sql server on the same machine as the servers.
• Must be built on Spigot 1.12.2
• Gamemodes should have all custom features that modern servers offers. I will purchase necessary premium plugins. for example workers and stuff like that
• No custom builds in budget... Please use publicly available or cheap premade builds
  
• Simple Ranks
  • Gamer (Default)
    
  • Voter (100 Votes)
    
  • Donator (Donator Rank, Manually assigned)
    
  • VIP (Donator and 200 votes, Manually Assigned)

Hub Server:

• 5 Portals (Keep 2 open for future game modes)
