You evidently have never contacted the managers of large youtubers then...

Large youtubers get Managers like this so they don't have to give out their contact details and sort out their own work, I've worked with youtubers like StrawberryJam (20k) to youtubers like MrCrainer (2 million+) and all of them have been massively reluctant or just flat out refused to give their contact information out, they're already in the public eye and don't need random people that might give them money to be adding them and giving out their contact information; just common sense.

There is no need. For every deal, I don't touch any of the money nor do I request upfront fees for my services. I simply negotiate the deal for my client and then, the money goes directly to my client who will subsequently deliver the services that we agreed upon (video/stream).

My goal is to facilitate the deal as often, there are many server owners with servers that have potential to become successful but they are unable due to poor marketing.

Not to add that all proof is provided prior to any deal taking place.

After Graser10 not responding to me I spoke to Tashin, about possibly adding me to a group with him. He simply didn't respond. His partners just don't respond.

Only Graser. I have stopped offering contacts to Graser for this exact reason. Graser hasn't been on discord for a while now but it is absurd for you to claim that everyone else is the same when you have only had experience with Graser..
