Have you had any past experience (List Servers)?
The first time of being staff was when i was 10 I applied for a server that my friend owned.After Making The application I was accepted and moved from member to the Helper group.Over 2 months I worked my way up to mod then mod+.After receiving mod+ I thought that I was done but to my surprise I then received the admin rank after that I was ranking up so fast that I couldn’t believe how fun and amazing be staff was. The last rank I received was Manager when I got this ranked I was So Happy. I Left the server due to school work and too much dedication to the server. During the summer when I was 12 I started My own server with the motivation of my it a very big server.I named it KingForcesPvp.After a few days of the server being up I was getting no attention to my server.Then I asked my friend to help promote the server for many more members after 2 months of just working on the server and promoting it.I finally started to get way more members,I would receive about 100 players at a time.One day I got on my server and it crashed and I then figured out that my staff was griefing the whole server.The staff that was hired by my Manager were false staff members an where just looking for a easy server to grief. I closed the server a month later because of all the griefing that was going on.The year from 13-14 I was going around server and dedicating my heart out to each server I got staff on many server.Here are some of the server and what rank I was.

Why should you be chosen as a Staff member?
I think I should be chosen as a staff member because I have a great spirit and a helpful heart for helping people/players.And because of my past experiences I know more than just the basics of running and creating a successful server.I can certainly help create this server into a peaceful and reliable server to play on.I am always there when players need my help even if I am doing something specific during that moment.I also feel that during my free time it would be very good to interact with an amazing community. This server is so much fun and I wish to be staff on here one day.
Why do you want to become Staff?
I want to become staff because I feel that I would be a great addition to your amazing staff team.I want to be able to help the Shadow community grow bigger in size from where it is today.when I play on minecraft server network I always have issue with hackers/Cheaters and I want to make other players have a better experience than me, I want them to have fun on the server not a frustrating experience.I want to help make this server a peaceful and exciting server for all ages.I also want to help grow this amazing community to one of the best servers every existing.
I Have Applied for staff because of the very reason of wanting to help the server grow.Also from my experience I am very good with dealing with Hackers and I know what to say and what not to say. Since I have been on i have seen some hackers and I just want to help get rid of those hackers.I am very good at screen sharing and I know how to tell if you are using a hack client or not. I feel that after I am finished with my work every day I seem to have nothing to do so in my spare time i would like to help this server accomplish new and better things every single day. Also i really love this community and wish I can become Closer and closer each day I spend time with you guys.
What Makes You Better Than Everyone Else?
I am very smart, I work hard at everything and i takes a while for me to get mad.I also feel that I have a lot to contribute to the server. Including the following:
First, to help the server out I will work on inappropriate and sexual behavior which i think is a very big problem in a lot of servers. My way of doing this seems simple but I feel that it will really help the community.First I will start off by watching chat and learning how most players on the server talk. Then I will start the next phase which is controlling the chat by finding inappropriate messages in chat and talking to the player why they have to use that kind of language and then i will ask them to stop so other players can i have peaceful experience on the server.
Secondly, I will try my best to get rid of hackers ad cheater that come across the server . This will be more of a challenge then controlling chat. To remove hackers and make a good reputation for the FLow staff I will have to be on often and watch everyone. First I will watch everyone nobody is excluded. I will watch well known members and even youtubers. Next I will ban hackers that are obvious and screenshare hackers that are suspicious.
Lastly, I will work on respect,Respect will bring the staff team closer together and might even bring the server community closer. Now, It is not easy to teach some one respect , because of the fact that respect is chosen and also given. Which means a person can choose when they want to be respectful and can also choose when they want to plain old mean and rude. So my of teaching respect might be different from the typical way ,but i believe it will work. Most times after a player is pulled in team speak for obvious hacks. The player usually denies that fact that he or she was hacking. In other words I feel like these players are disrespectful to the staff. The players could be respectful and stop wasting staff time by just telling the truth. Now, to fix this problem i have decide that ip-banning or blacklisting the player if they deny the fact of hacking. If this works then you will not have to do this for long and players will show you respect and own up to their mistakes.

I am a 14 year old boy who loves the game of minecraft and comes home everyday to it. I also do gfx designing for friends and that is my second favorite thing to do.A Lot of people don’t like school but I think school is a fun and helpful was to learn with friends instead of by yourself. I am a A&B student who tries their hardest the get better at what I am working at.I have played minecraft for about 4 years.I first started playing minecraft 4 years ago. I was first introduced to minecraft by my older brother.It was the beginning of summer.And During the first few weeks of summer my brother started getting really into minecraft. After seeing him play it for a while I wanted to play it for myself. My first thought was that it is about to be Christmas and I can just ask for a xbox 360 for Christmas not thinking of getting for pc. When Christmas came a received my xbox 360 straight away I started to play on my new xbox the first game I played was minecraft. During a year period i made friends and had fun playing minecraft every time a new update came out I would get straight on my xbox with my friends and start playing.A couple of months later I was getting bored of just playing on xbox and I wanted to move on to bigger and better things.So the next Christmas my parents asked me what i wanted and the first thing I said was a laptop. After receiving the laptop i downloaded minecraft and started the process all of again I made new friends on pc with Skype. When Played All day long.Then when minecraft started getting bigger and bigger and had more and more updates I knew that i would have to get a new computer in a few months. So again next Christmas I order a ****$ Gaming desktop. Then this is where my adventure was making could progress i finally found a game i loved and I could play every day without lag or interference.I realized how blessed I was to get a new console or computer each year.During these years of playing minecraft I learned how to become a staff and I applied for many server and where accepted by almost everyone I think that Minecraft has really changed me too understand the importance in life about your family and friends. I know for a fact without My Family I would have never found the game of minecraft or had a great experience with it.I thank my family for everything they do because I know not to take stuff for granite because I am a very blessed person.Now I Play minecraft each day after school for about 5 hours.I really enjoy the game and just love the community.

To start with, If you give your skype name away you are essentially a retard. Never do that in an HCF server. Will only cause you to be offline half of the day ;l
