Server information:
I am currently am one of the owners of a server named, ShadowRaids. This is a server based around raiding. This is currently a Factions server. We are thinking of doing CustomEnchants or we are doing OPFactions. This server is still under development stage.

What we are in need of (What we have/What we need):
Investors: 1/3
Helpers: 0/3
Moderators: 0/2
SrMod: 1/1
Admins: 1/2
Developers: 0/2
Community/Event Manager: 0/1
Staff Manager: 0/1
Owners: 0/2

What we expect from a Helper and Moderator:
13 Years or older
Past experience in moderating a Factions server.
Atleast 2 hours p/ day online.
Working microphone + earbuds or something else to hear with.
Putting full dedication into the server.
Not being staff on any other servers.

What we expect from a Admin/Manager:
Older then 14 years
Past experience in moderating a staff-team and a decently sized network.
Atleast 3 hours p/ day online.
Working microphone + earbuds or something else to hear with.
Not being toxic or immature.
Have teamspeak installed and working.
Putting full dedication into the server.
Not being staff on any other servers that would infect workime.

What we expect from Developers:
Atleast 3 positivie reputation.
Knowing how to fix mayor bug issues.
Need to atleast have coded 1 custom plugin.
Putting full dedication into the server.

A: Yes, most if not all our builds will be custom.

What do you mean with "text color", it is still good to read. Or do you mean the ShadowRaids part?

It's hard to see on dark theme, just set the colour to 'none'
