Why do you want to be staff? 1-2 Paragraphs: I want to be staff on this server is because it looks professional, most servers these days will he hiring 10 year olds, but I really think this server is going to successful with a really good staff team, I'm good at socialising with people and getting the truth out of them, I have a growing 270 subscriber youtube channel what I take a lot of care of, and will be willing to make a staff series on here, Such as, Finding hackers, Giving tips and tricks to the new people (And even the 'Pro' people) who join the network, and trolling 'If allowed'

I'm pretty mature for my age and when it comes down to something serious I'll be serious. I have a decent MIC and very good at screen sharing, I know all the tactics and tricks, I think this will boost my confidence a lot in life, and would be a great server to dedicate a lot of my time too, I'd on on for at least 4-12 hours a day with No struggle. I'd offer the community a better experience. I really hope you suggest me as being staff on your server, thanks!

I think i'll help ShieldMC's economy because I'm a great person to come to if your struggling I've gone through it all, and I want to be the person on the network what everyone trusts, everyone likes and the person people can to without being scared, I think I'll be a great staff member, and will be on all day long patching bugs,gliches and helping people out! + Banning all the hacking scums! :3

If you want to do something, but you're not sure you are allowed to. What do you do?: Let's say it was 'Ban someone for example' I'd read the staff rules and if it does not mention if you not allowed or are allowed to do it, I'll ask someone in a higher position.

Can you be calm in heated moments?: Yes, I have control over my anger. Let's say someone was being nasty, I'm the person you can't annoy/upset. I couldn't care less what they say.

Can you work well with other people?: Indeed, I help a lot of people out on skype who are going through depression, I helped a girl called 'Jess' who was self harming due to a boy, I spoke to her for a couple of weeks and now she has stopped and thanks me everyday!

Hey there,

Here is my staff application for the network, thanks for taking the time to read it.

Name: Chipper (More formally Charlie).

IGN: _Ultimatum (I have two alternate accounts as well, named _Supremacy and UltimateMC).

Age: I am 15.

Have you ever been in one of these positions before?: Yes, I have been staff on multiple servers, however the majority of them have been factions servers. I have usually been anywhere from Helper to Moderator, however my highest ever staff rank on a server was Admin. (This was on a server named WantedPvP that averaged around 50-150 players daily). What I have mentioned here excludes my ownership of my own server 'UltimateMC'

Why do you want to be staff? 1-2 Paragraphs: There are multiple reasons that I would like to be staff on this server, and the most important ones are as follows:

Firstly, my own server, UltimateMC has unfortunately recently shutdown due to a financial mishap. Ever since my server has been shut down I have missed doing what every owner loves doing, i.e. seeing new players come on the server and welcoming them, watching players do well in all aspects of the game, punishing people who are disobeying the rules and most importantly helping other players out in what ever they may need. So, I think I would really enjoy becoming a staff member on the server and I know for a fact that I will have a good time on the server while doing my best job at keeping the rules enforced.

Moving on, it has been a little while since I have been staff on a server and I now realise just how much I actually miss it, so I feel that I would have a great time becoming staff on a new server and doing what I love in helping people. Because of the vast experience that I have in moderating I think that I would be able to both enjoy playing on the server (particularly OP Factions) however at the same time keep the server calm and safe.

Finally, I feel that I would defiantly be able to help the server in every aspect, whether it just be another player who is on the server or being someone who keeps the chat calm and deal with anyone who is doing something that they should not be.

Why are you applying for the rank you are applying for?: Presuming that I am applying for Helper or Moderator, I am applying for this rank because it is the area in staffing that I have the most experience in, and also I think that this staff level is perfect as it lets you enjoy the server at the same time as helping out.

How will you help us? 1-2 paragraphs: I think that there are two mains ways that I would be able to help the server:

As I would be spending most of my time on the factions part of the server, I would most likely be encountering lots of hackers who have either clients or certain game enhancements like an X-ray TP. The reason that this would be good for me is I have huge amounts of experience in locating and checking people for hacked clients. I specifically specialise in X-Ray and Chest-finder clients however I am also well educated about Kill auras and auto clickers due to the amount of time I spend pvping. This means that I would be able to locate as many hackers as possible and keep the server clean and safe from unwanted visitors.

Secondly, I am excellent at keeping server chats well organised and clean as I have been a server owner for such a long time, it almost becomes natural for me to now type with good grammar and spelling, and also pick people up for racial, sexual or offensive slurs as well as excessive swearing.

I think both of these qualities make me someone who would be a viable and valuable asset to the ShieldMC staff team.
