Yeah well I got a bullshit ban for 2 weeks for "Trolling" Because I called a kid a salty cunt. I got 5 warning points for this and it lead me to a ban, I did not even get a chance to defend myself, AND THE BEST THING IS HE GOT NO POINTS AT FUCKING ALL. I for for 2 fucking weeks because of this kid, then the shitty mod tells me to report his posts, but it's not my fault it takes days for a report to be dealt with. This kid was trashing and devouched me because of shitty fake ass reasons. I suggest you fix something about this because it's utter bullshit.

You got banned for two weeks because you couldn't refrain from violating our rules on *multiple* occasions.

Whether or not the other guy received warning points yet is no excuse for your own actions. Man up and take responsibility.
Next time, instead of getting all emotional when some dude on the internet says something bad about you, and breaking the rules, then getting emotional yet again when you get punished for breaking the rules... Simply report the post or ignore the guy and move on with your life.

It's really not that hard to not say c*nt.
Just replace it with "person" if need be. "Salty person". Grammatically accurate, doesn't get you warning points. Win win.

Yes I know I had multiple points, but 5 points for 1 word? Makes a lot of sense. I know, this is on the Internet "so get over it" it's just the way most moderators respond, they respond in a way that they could not give a shit and just want to get back to doing their own shit. Thanks for saying you enjoy company its just I have lost upwards to $150 for being banned. That was going to get me out of debt. But now I lost my buyer due to me being banned for saying 1 word to a kid. Please fix all these bs mistakes. Myself and a lot of other people are starting to get passed off with all these warnings. Some people get more than others. It just depends who the Moderator likes.

You weren't banned, you were suspended.
All warnings have a predefined number of points. If you're being disrespectful (1 word or 100 words), you will receive the 5-point warning.
I completely understand your frustration about losing a potential customer, but you should have considered that before breaking the rules.

In the future if you want to dispute a warning, you should respond to the automated PM that was sent to you.
If there was an actual misunderstanding the infraction will probably be removed. Otherwise, don't even try as you'll just be wasting your time.

Now concerning your warning, it wasn't "one word". Actually, it was several posts, but I decided to be nice and not give you a warning for each one.

Yeah. It depends on the Moderator's bias. IE, Jack tends to give me more than Doge would issue for exactly the same thing.

The fact I give out warnings more often than just deleting the post doesn't mean I'm biased to anyone. It's the only way people will learn.

I'm not saying the issue lies in you handing out valid warnings. I'm saying (and this is from my personal experience dealing with you) that you give MORE warning points to people (ie five, just as an example) than people like Doge and Justis would (for example, three).

I just explained that all warning points have a predefined number of points.
Meaning if I, Doge, Justis, or BeBosny give the 'Disrespect, Harassment, Hate, or Trolling' warning, it will be 5 points.

The only warnings I have given you are for creating multiple accounts (10 points) and bumping (2 points).

Besides, looking at your profile will even tell you that what you're saying just isn't true:

Firstly, I don't hate you. Seeing as I have profile pictures and signatures disabled, and you've changed your username recently, I didn't even know who you were until I looked at your profile.
The reason you dislike me is because I followed protocol by banning your alt account.

Now concerning your "point" about me:
Your point isn't valid. I just posted proof that what you're saying is completely false.
You said that I give 5-point warnings whereas other moderators give 3-point warnings. This isn't possible (as I've explained several times) because all warnings have a predefined number of points.

Unfortunately, we get about 50 reports per day. Our current backlog is to Sunday (5 days).
One of our staff members has been ill for a week or so. I have been out of the country for a week (and another week to go) for a funeral. I've haven't had enough time nor decent enough WiFi to be able to sit down and work on them (until today).
Actually, the report queue could be half done by now if I hadn't had to read and reply to this thread for the past 30 minutes.
