It's not really "premium", that would be domains with a certain meaning or something short.

That's not what premium means... premium domains are domains that are sold through registrars that are considered higher value domains. They're not always short nor have to have certain meanings. It simply means they're considered higher value and typically have higher renewal and registering rates.
