Shockwave/harvest hoe plugin/sethome plugin

Hello,
Im looking for someone who can make a plugin for my 1.8.8 paperspigot factions server that uses protocol support for 1.7.10. The shockwave is a pickaxe that can be given to players via buycraft, and creates a 3x3x3. The harvesthoe lets u harvest plants and gives you the same amount someone would get from mining them with your fist, but instead of on the ground it goes into the players inventory. Lastly the sethome plugin is used to not let ppl sethome in enemy territory or anything besides there own or wilderness, and if a player leaves the faction/gets kicked they don't have permission to go back to this home and it deletes it.

The sethome part you can change in the faction config, you can disallow commands in enemy territory.
