It offers 2 Custom Pickaxes! Infusion and Shockwave!
The Infusion Pickaxe mines a 5x5x3 Radius allowing your players to trench out your base with EASE!

The Shockwave Pickaxe mines a 3x3x2 Radius, Its good for your players to trench with but not has fast has the Infusion Pickaxe!

The only Dependency needed is FactionsUUID and WorldGuard!
Will make a MassiveCore factions if enough people request it

I have yet to find one.. without needing a Custom Enchants plugin.

Googled shockwavetools and I found a free one.
