When you say shockwave? Do you mean like an area of effect that knocks people over? I coded a magic plugin which you could easily use to create a "shockwave" type spell that binds to an item or inventory slot. But based on the fact you mentioned factions UUID, im guessing thats not what your asking for.

Can you clarify what it is your looking for here?
