ShootMC (1.8-1.15.2) SMP - Staff & Builders

Hello! I own the network ShootMC. We have KitPVP & Skyblock and are currently looking for Staff & Builders. Currently we have SMP which is temporary while we work on Skyblock!

Requirements:
-You must be 14 or OLDER.
(To ensure our staff will be competent, this is the minimum requirement in terms of age of an applicant. This will ensure that our staff is mature enough to keep calm in hard situations that can occur, and which we have to deal with.)

- Please note: builders are not paid.

-You need to have a working microphone.
(This is needed as all staff members should be ready to help others. This task is not done fully by not having a working microphone and corresponding with community members.)

-You MUST NOT be staff on more than 1-2 servers. And not an owner on more than 1.
(We need to make sure you will contribute to your role as much time as possible as like I said before ^^^ this is a quite big responsibility.)

Before you begin:
Try to not use extensive colors in your application as it decreases the ability of it being read.;
Also, try to not use too much emojis (because of the same reason);
You have 2 weeks before you can apply again after being denied.
If you post another application before your time, it will be instantly DENIED, Your wait time reset, and you will be warned.

I dont plan to apply, but good luck nonetheless, smp's are hard to pull off these days.

SMP is temporary. The main focus is Skyblock, that however is being worked on. SMP was opened in between Skyblock sessions.

Would recommend maybe paying a little per project even if it’s near to nothing but GL with finding builders!

Yeah, it is hard finding builders. However as the server grows, we will be paying more positions.
