Shop and PVP arena

I am currently looking to buy a shop and a PVP arena for my factions server. I am not looking to spend a lot on these as I do not believe that they require much work for effort to create (especially the PVP arena). At most, I would be looking at around $20 combined, but I might go a bit higher or lower depending upon the quality of the builds and time that it took to complete. Let me know if you are interested.

EDIT: If you have any premade builds of ANYTHING, then I would like to see them. Post ingur links. If I like any of the builds, then I will contact you.
