Shop, KoTH, and Warps creation

I need an exclusive shop, a map for KoTH created and 2 warps created. The warps are like 16x16 blocks and just needs to be an aesthetically pleasing place for players to go to when awaiting a fight at ./warp desert. The KoTH is not to hard to understand, and for the shop i need a maybe 100x100 sized place where i can set up a sign shop.
