Shop + Ranks + CustomTab

Hello there,
I am looking for a developer who can do the following;

- Setup & Conifgure permissions + Ranks

- Make a CustomTab which shows the player ranking, Server IP, etc.

- Make a kits plugin that you can write /kit and a bunch of kits would open up (as GUI) for each kit there should be a permission for.

- Custom welcome message on Login (For certain ranks).

- Killings log (X killed Y in chat).

- World Guard configuration

- Configure a particle / cosmetics / pets plugin



BONUS:

Help me to connect a domain name to Server IP.

- Make a scoreboard displaying the online players, rank, guild, deaths, kills, etc..

- Configure LiteBans

Oh, and setup Voting plugin so people can vote for the server.

If possible make custom messages like;

Instead of the regular error message it would say; Sorry, you have to be Admin+ to use that command.
