Shopgui+ crash

when I put shopgui+ into my locally hosted server and start it, it loads the server up then instantly closes, anyone know why?

Is it a cracked version or a paid one? You probably won't want to admit if it IS cracked, but just know that most cracked versions don't work anymore.
