i don't understand the argument that if you ban someone he'll keep coming back so you shouldn't ban him at all
the same logic could apply to anyone. anyone could just keep coming back like that. does that mean nobody should be banned?

My argument was not about anybody, we're talking about a very specific person in this scenario. In which case this specific person will continue to come back, obviously as seen by recent events and bans.
Typically a ban IS enough, however for this individual, clearly it is not.
So let me ask you, oh wise one.
If we "perma-ban" which I guess is what?
IP, Username & Email? Which takes all of 5min to change mind you...
Then what? When he comes back, then what?

He has threatened to DoS fellow members of the forum, treated them like absolute trash and stated, "If I knew you irl you'd be on the floor." Or something very close to such to Jurhed and another member of whom I forget, I then told him that he doesn't know what said "beaten up" user looks like, so why does he make all these false threats. He then followed up by saying, "I don't go to gym, why would I fight him?". Wtf..
Doge was there when he ignored me, he ignored me for "Causing Arguments" simply because I told him to stop bashing another member, I then just told him he's overpriced as fuck, which is true. Like.
