Hey is now a good time to buy btc I have 140 usd PayPal should I buy it now I have a fear the price will plummet down soon since it going up so fast atm, but i also really need btc.

It's a little too late to get into btc unfortunately, if anything it is better to get into index stocks.

People have been saying it's too late to get into btc forever and it continues to rise.
When bitcoin at 4k "it's too late". Goes to 15k.
When bitcoin at $700 "it's too late". Goes to 4k which then skyrockets to 20k.
