Should I do Server Reviews?

Hey guys I know in the past on MC Market I haven't been doing all the server reviews as of requested, but now i decided to ask you guys what I should do. Should I start server reviews and series on new servers, even though I only have 812 subscribers I think i maintain a good amount of views per video and I am growing. So let my know what you guys think I should do!
