Should I sell my Apple Watch (S1)?

So I just got my Apple Watch Series 1 about a week ago, just a little over a week, and I was wondering if I should sell it so I can get my PC for cheaper. My mom is going to help me pay for the PC parts once I sell the current computer that I'm on (iMac 2011 Late). Should I sell my Apple Watch so I can pay for more of it? Or just hope that I can find cheaper parts in local stores to reduce the price. This is the current uh, run-down?

TOTAL: $776.92
TOTAL with MIR: $736.92
TOTAL with MIR + iMac: $441.92-$336.92
TOTAL with MIR + iMac + Apple Watch: $241.92-$86.92

(btw MIR = Mail In Rebate)

I'm thinking this would be an amazing idea to sell it because in worst case scenario my mom would only have to pay $241.92, and in best case scenario she would have to pay $86.92. So most likely she's going to have to spend $150, and that is if I sell the watch.

That's what I was thinking, when I looked on Ebay I saw plenty of them for a little bit over the launch price, and they weren't new. I've only used it for a week and nothing has affected it at all. Really excited to get a new PC, I wanna play shit like DOOM, GTAV, Overwatch, Battlefield 1, and I know it will be able to crush most source games but pretty much any source game (CS:GO, sometimes GMOD, etc.).[DOUBLEPOST=1474793476][/DOUBLEPOST]DOUBLE POST: Also, what price do you think I should put it as, as much as I can? Alright, just put it on Ebay and with the total I'm going to be spending anywhere from $250-$80 on the new PC by selling shit. Thank god for Ebay.
