the one all the way to the left should be the windows 8 button. It's terrible. With classic shell you can go back to the old one

Windows 8.1 is shit compared to 7 when it comes to ease of use.. however it's optimised so much more and runs a fuck load faster. So it depends if you want to play games or not.
