hi mcm im just curious coz I'm 15 and recently my dad has decided to limit our wifi time : ))))))) do yall think it's fair? why, and why not xd (he limits it up til 11pm and then returns it at 6am)

I just don't see the need to limit the wifi, my thoughts are if he limits the wifi we'd actually be more 'addicted' to our gadgets since we have a limit.

i don't consider myself as someone who's addicted to their pc/phone.

edit: its currently lockdown and is our summer break

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Go to bed early wake up early then it dosnt affect you. Staying up late at your age is a bad habbit to get into.

I've dealt with this with my own dad, and probably from 11-15 it was annoying, now at 17 with a 11PM bedtime, its really understandable. So, heres my suggestions, get a grandpa(like mine), who battled cancer for 5 years, over came it and got cancer 6 years later, who dies May 30th and go visit your grandma, ez bypass(yes my grandpa really died on the 30th)

Your suggestion is to get your grandpa to die from cancer so you can go visit gramma ?? Did I read that right ?

Depends honestly, are you a good kid with a balanced life, or are you someone who spends too much in front of a computer screen to the point that it affects how you communicate with others?

Though I do agree with the first comment that during lockdown it's a bit unfair, specially considering that most of your peers will be up at night and sleeping early in the morning :p

Depends on the person, I'm able to get all HW done and studying and still have 5+ hours of time on my computer, not to mention I also regularly work so I'm able to manage all of that. If you're just using social media for hours on end, yes. But if you're learning or doing something productive that will get you somewhere in life, no.
