Just over a week ago, we introduced Threadloom.com to try out and see what users think. This is now going to be a vote of whether you like the new search system or not and please leave feedback below. If we do keep Threadloom we are also able to make changes to make it better.

You can see a comparison between the two search systems here: http://www.mc-market.org/threadloom/demo?query=minecraft

Agree if you think we should keep Threadloom, disagree if you think we should remove it.

Please give feedback based on your decision! Thanks

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Well, the standard system personally is much better, and cleaner.
It just seems more organized and I think the main reasons for that are:
1. Everybody's already used to the standard system.
2. The standard system seems like fits in better with xenforo than threadloom. Its a lot like how threads are laid out in the forums.

The old system helped me find things easier. This one makes me go through hoops and is complicated.

With the old system, you could also search to see who owns a specific account linked with mc association. I can't seem to find it with this new thing and that was one of the main reasons I used the search.

Changes like that may be able to be made with the new system. If we added the sidebar from the search back would you still prefer Threadloom?[DOUBLEPOST=1507524389][/DOUBLEPOST]
Ok, but is slow.
Or its my WiFi?
I'd imagine that it's because the new system searches a lot more things and shows more results, so it takes longer to search.

I think that would make it more appealing. With the new system, I do like how it is organized between sections

I like threadloom so much better it looks nicer and is just easier to do quick searches I think you should keep threadloom as default but make it like in user profiles to they can change to legacy search if they like it better

It looks better aesthetically and has a nicer feel but it doesn't fit with the forum style at all. It's also harder to use and, as others have said, disorganised. Another significant feature which keeps getting me is the lack of member search now, this means you have to go through a longer process of visiting the members tab and then searching for members (I know it's petty but it cucks me over).

This is a good idea.

Threadloom brings up irrelevant, useless search results compared to Xenforo and I also like being able to search for MC accs/members/resources in the search bar. Worse of all, I don't think Threadloom seems to cover PM's? That's annoying.
