I think instead of people having to warn people to wait 20 minutes before advertising again I suggest just implementing a system in which the user can't put the same mc market link down for 20 minutes eh? I feel like theres a reason users would disagree with this but I just can't put my finger on why.

Not every link is an advertisement.
This would undoubtedly produce false positives; and it's not difficult to ensure you don't advertise within 20 minutes.
If you're not certain it's been 20 minutes, but you know it's been at least ten, then wait at least 10 more minutes, and it won't be an issue.
It's a chatbox, not an ad box. You don't need to be on the tail and nose of each cooldown.

Thats why I said only mc-market.org links or mc.mk links

It could check the specific link so a user can't send "Mc-market.org/threads/382778/" multiple times. But can still send "Gyazo.com/asodjasd" and "Gyazo.com/dwojkasd"
