Shoutbox availability

The shout box should be on the side of the forums which would be available on all pages of the forums so that we do not need to be in the main page to view the shout box

This idea is something that really needs to be implemented.
Would love to see this, therefore I do not have to go back to the homepage every 2 seconds to check the chat.
