Shoutbox.. ehh... thingy

In shoutbox if you type [ USER=userid]message in here it will act like the tag button, however it wont actually tag the person
For example, my user id is 34010, and when I do [ USER=34010]hi I will basically make it look like I tagged @hi, but when you click on it you see my info in there.
You should make no one able to use the USER bbcode for no more kind of abuse like this.

This is such an unlikely situation, and we can't disable the use of [USER] because then you wouldn't be able to tag anyone at all.

This is also considered link spoofing, so if someone does it just report it.
