It really can't be fixed.
I'm not Mick or Justis, but pretty sure it doesn't run right on time due to the cron job... (it'll unkick you when the cron job runs)... I think.

That's the problem and it needs to be fixed, It's not fair at all for someone to be kicked for one hour but have to wait like 2 hours so he can get unkicked, it should be fixed and this is a fact not my opinion lol

Having managed this site for a while I can confirm that this is a bug and that it actually CAN be fixed by rescheduling the cron properly. Try not to be so arrogant next time, especially if it's related to a bug, not a suggestion.
Hmm interesting. I was going by what Mick/Justis said previously, that it was related to the cron job. I mean, they know the "issue", but I, personally, wouldn't consider it a bug.
