Shoutbox Overlay

I recently set the Shoutbox to appear on all pages and when I decide to visit the shoutbox at the top of the webpage, the search bar overlays in front of the shoutbox.

This isn't really a major issue that needs a fix at the moment, and I've been unable to replicate it on my end.

I'll move this to the archives, thanks nonetheless.
