Shoutout box advertisements

Instead of having someone to check over advertisements in the shoutout box each time, have a /promote (link / name) where it has a cooldown of a specific time (20m) in which it's easier and better to work. You could also have it so you can only post mcm links with /promote. Aswell as have a box beside the 'Emoji box' where it says 'Promote' & that types the command automatically for you. Reason As I've noticed recently that there is quite a few people that promote their resources or threads more times in the specific time than it states in the rules which is 20 minutes.

This would be easier for Chat Moderators in my opinion.

Chat would be spammed with multiple links all at once when the server/timer resets for everyone
woudn't be viable

Similar to making it easier for people to bump their threads, making it easier to advertise in the chat will result in far more people advertising and therefore making advertisements less effective for everyone. If you are willing to put the effort in to copy/paste a string every 20-something minutes then you will get sales, if you aren't, then you won't.
