This is very false. First off, reports are 2 months behind. Second off, reports are private when they are created. Thirdly, this feature is not intended to let you view the scam report. It is intended to let you know they are in one.

So I'm good to open scam reports on a bunch of users in order to reduce the sales they do? Interesting.

This has been suggested several times and denied because Mick doesn't see the point in it. If a scam report is already up for public, you can go to someone's profile, view their name history and type in "(name) Scam Report" to see if one is active. If a scam report is not up for public, then members are just going to have to wait.
